For colleagues
For referring providers
Thank you for trusting Evermere with your patient’s psychiatric care. We practice alongside you — not in place of you — and value clear, timely communication.
How we work with you
Evermere provides integrative psychiatric consultation and ongoing care. We respect the relationship you have already built with your patient and aim to make the referral process straightforward.
Who we serve
Adult women in Illinois seeking psychiatric support for anxiety, depression, burnout, perimenopause, menopause, endometriosis, chronic illness, and complex hormonal transitions.
What to include
Patient name, date of birth, contact information, reason for referral, relevant diagnoses, current medications and doses, recent labs if applicable, and insurance or preferred payment method.
Expected turnaround
We acknowledge referrals within 1–2 business days. New patient appointments are typically scheduled within 1–2 weeks, depending on availability and insurance verification.
Care coordination
With patient consent, we coordinate with you and the patient’s broader care team. Visit summaries and care plans can be shared securely to support collaborative, whole-person treatment.
Send a referral
Share your contact details and a brief, non-identifying summary. We'll follow up within 1–2 business days to arrange scheduling and, with the patient's consent, records exchange.
Best way to refer
Please send referrals with the patient’s consent. We accept secure messages via Spruce and email. If you prefer, you may also have the patient schedule directly and list your practice as the referring provider.

708-249-3309A collaborative approach
We see psychiatric care as one part of a patient’s broader health picture. Whenever appropriate, we loop in therapists, primary care providers, gynecologists, pain specialists, and other members of the care team — always with the patient’s informed consent. Our goal is to add psychiatric expertise, not to duplicate or replace the important work you are already doing.
