Evermere works alongside your existing care team. We do not replace your primary care provider, gynecologist, therapist, or other specialists. With your written consent, we can coordinate care, share visit notes, and request records to support safe, collaborative treatment.
Booking an appointment indicates your interest in care. Before any records are shared with or from other providers, we will obtain your signed consent and explain what information is exchanged.
Services are provided via telehealth to patients located in Illinois at the time of the visit. A private, stable internet connection and a quiet space are recommended.
Evermere is not a crisis service. If you are experiencing a psychiatric emergency, please call 988 or 911, or go to your nearest emergency room.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to a written estimate before your visit if you are uninsured or paying out-of-pocket. If your bill is at least $400 more than the estimate, you may dispute the charges.
